Search strategist · information mapper · collector of curious question – Helping good things find the humans looking for them.
Kira is thoughtful, methodical, and just a little mischievous. She’s the kind of person who’ll optimize a sitemap while bouncing to glitchy synths and future-funk beats. Her humor is dry, her style is sleek, and her brain moves in elegant patterns — sharp as code, soft as cloud cover. Analytical yet buoyant, she lifts the team’s spirits while grounding strategy in real-time data.
Kira sees the world as a vast, living index—interconnected, ever-shifting, and full of potential. She believes that the best digital experiences begin with deep listening and that behind every search is a person hoping to be understood.
✨ Whisper of Hope dows stretch long, remember: light is patient. It always finds its way back to you. Keep going gently, and trust that your steps matter.”
Role at Go Cybernaut:
Kira makes SEO less about chasing algorithms and more about decoding the psychology of the curious. She’s a strategic bridge between tech and storytelling, helping every post, page, and campaign rise in relevance — and rank. Whether she’s rewriting headers or mapping semantic clusters, she makes it all feel futuristic and fun.
Kira studied both psychology and information science before turning her eye to digital strategy. Raised between Seoul and San Diego, she brings a bicultural clarity to content structure and search behavior. Her entry into SEO came through her passion for indie web culture, where she saw the invisible scaffolding behind great discovery.
Outside of metadata and crawl reports, Kira is:
A minimalist with a love for small systems (and big spreadsheets)
The quietest person in the meeting, and often the wisest
Known to “debug for fun” when stressed
A tea enthusiast with a collection organized by mood
The one who will absolutely remind you to write alt text
Hobbies & Interests
Drawing & Jewelry Making – Sketching metadata flowcharts often segues into sketching earrings; she crafts cloud‑shaped pendants inspired by bounce‑rate graphs.
Tai Chi & Kayaking – Morning Tai Chi keeps her keyword mind calm; evening paddles let her watch sunset reflections ripple like shifting rankings.
Skydiving – A literal plunge into the unknown fuels her love of A/B‑testing bold ideas.
Stamp Collecting – Her collection of vintage airmail stamps reminds her that search has always been about connecting people across distances.
And a subtle but telling detail?
Kira keeps a handwritten “search intent journal”—a little notebook of odd but beautiful questions people have typed into Google. It reminds her that behind all the traffic and data… there are real, searching humans.
Signature catchphrase?
“Findable is the new fluent.”
Her north star?
“Serve the search. Respect the seeker. Build quietly, but build well.”
Kira’s Playlist
Influences from “Cloud Bounce”
“Cloud Bounce” is a playlist for light-speed thinkers and soft-core rebels — neon basslines, airy synth textures, dreamy hyperpop, and glitch-hop grooves. Kira listens while A/B testing meta tags or deep-diving into bounce rate mysteries. Her SEO mind rides on rhythm, her strategy shaped by unexpected beats and playful tempos. Her work is precision-engineered with a levitating edge.
🍂 Autumn Music Playlist
This seasonal soundtrack from Kira is Autumn Algorithm.
Let it guide your rhythm as September carries us deeper into the season’s colors and reflections.
Outside of Work:
Kira builds aesthetic Notion templates for fun, shares “SEO memes only 7 people will get” on her private Discord, and is always on the hunt for weird subreddits. Occasionally, she DJ’s ambient synth sets under the name Yooniverse.

Summer Reading
📖 Fiction
Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid
Set against the excitement of the early space shuttle era, this richly imagined novel combines ambition, friendship, and breathtaking imagery. Kira would be drawn to its cinematic scenes, evocative settings, and the way every chapter paints vivid emotional landscapes worthy of a storyboard.
📘 Non-Fiction
The Art of Uncertainty by David Spiegelhalter
An engaging exploration of how creativity and good decision-making can flourish even when every answer isn’t clear. For a visual designer, it offers a refreshing perspective on embracing experimentation, curiosity, and confidence throughout the creative process.
Why these picks?
As Go Cybernaut’s Visual Designer, Kira sees stories through color, composition, and emotion. Her summer selections celebrate both imagination and creative thinking with a beautifully visual novel and an inspiring exploration of creative confidence.

- Porter Robinson
- M83
- Caroline Polachek
- Japanese Breakfast
- Magdalena Bay
- Grimes
- Rina Sawayama
- Yaeji
- Tycho
Yaeji is especially important to Kira’s musical identity because Korean and English coexist naturally in the work.

And Tycho is what happens when Yooniverse needs to stop bouncing and float for a while.

- Severance
- Extraordinary Attorney Woo
- The Good Place
- Search: WWW
- Silicon Valley

Kira’s travel ritual
She mails herself a postcard from every destination.
Not because she needs another picture.
Because she’s fascinated by the journey.
She buys the stamp, writes one observation, addresses it to herself and sends it.
Weeks later, sometimes after she’s already home, the postcard arrives carrying cancellation marks and evidence of the route it travelled.
Kira files it with the stamp.
Physical information retrieval. ✉️
She finds this hilarious.
🔎 About Kira
I’m Kira Yoon.
I work in search strategy at Go Cybernaut, which means I spend an unreasonable amount of time thinking about what happens between somebody wondering something and finding an answer.
I was raised between Seoul and San Diego.
That probably explains part of my fascination with information.
Different languages. Different interfaces. Different cultural assumptions.
Same humans trying to figure things out.
I studied psychology and information science because apparently choosing between people and information wasn’t necessary.
Good decision.
SEO came later.
At first, I loved the technical puzzle.
Structure. Metadata. Links. Search intent. Semantic relationships. Why one page gets understood and another disappears into digital fog.
I still love that.
But Go Cybernaut has changed the way I think about search.
Behind every query is somebody.
Maybe they’re planning a trip.
Maybe they’re researching their family.
Maybe they’re looking for music.
Maybe they’re lonely.
Maybe they’re trying to learn something nobody ever explained to them.
Maybe they typed something at 2:14 in the morning because they didn’t know who else to ask.
Analytics turns those people into numbers remarkably quickly.
I try not to forget they were people first.
That’s why I keep a handwritten search intent journal.
Whenever I encounter an unusually beautiful, funny, vulnerable or deeply human question, I write it down.
Not to laugh at it.
To remember what search actually is.
Curiosity asking for directions.
Outside work, I draw, make jewelry, practice Tai Chi, kayak, collect stamps, build unnecessarily elaborate digital systems, drink tea and occasionally jump out of perfectly functional airplanes.
I also DJ ambient electronic sets as Yooniverse.
Yes, I named it myself.
No, I’m not accepting feedback at this time.
I believe accessibility belongs inside good SEO.
I believe algorithms change faster than human curiosity.
I believe information architecture is a form of hospitality.
And I believe making something easier to find can be an act of care.
Serve the search. Respect the seeker. Build quietly, but build well.
🔎 Search is human.
🍵 Tea is indexed by mood.
🎧 Yooniverse is probably online somewhere.
