Museums and Galleries Month – The month of October honors museums and galleries and highlights the importance of pride in Filipino culture and heritage.
Ateneo Art Gallery – The Ateneo Art Gallery is a university museum located inside the Areté building of Ateneo de Manila University. Established in 1960, it is widely recognized today as the first museum of Philippine modern art.
BenCab Museum – The BenCab Museum houses the permanent collection of Philippine National Artist Benedicto Cabrera (BenCab) in several galleries, as well as venues for art shows and exhibitions.
Casa Gorordo Museum – Casa Gorordo is a house museum located in the historic Parian area of Cebu, the oldest city in the Philippines. It is owned and managed by the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) under its Culture & Heritage focus area. The house was acquired by RAFI from the Gorordo family in 1979, renovated and enhanced, and opened to the public as a museum in 1983.
MCAD – The Museum of Contemporary Art and Design (MCAD) is a not-for-profit institution that continues to be the external face of De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde.

National Museum of the Philippines – The National Museum of the Philippines can trace its history to the establishment of the Museo-Biblioteca de Filipinas, established by a royal order of the Spanish government on August 12, 1887.
National Planetarium of the Philippines – The gallery at the National Planetarium entitled “Filipino Life Guided by Skies” focuses not only in modern astronomy but primarily in ethnoastronomy practices used by our Filipino cultural communities.
University of Santo Tomas Museum– The University of Santo Tomas Museum, considered as the oldest existing museum in the Philippines, was formally established in 1869, to comply with the 1865 Reglamento de Segunda Enseñanza that required all first class colleges to have a Museo de Historia Natural.
UP Manila Museum of a History of Ideas – The museum is conceptualized as a Museum of a History of Ideas to honor the university’s pivotal role in the emergent nation. The first installation of the permanent exhibit explores the Ideas the university was associated with during its first decades, when critical developments associated with the formation of a nation, and the emergence of the sovereign citizen became the defining feature of modern life.

Yuchengco Museum – The Yuchengco Museum opened its doors to the public in September 2005. Its primary goal is to foster a greater public appreciation of art through the finest international as well as local, cultural, historical, and design exhibits and programs.
